You may be eligible to make a WorkSafe Victoria claim if:
You worked in a noisy environment
Your hearing declined gradually over time
You were exposed to workplace noise over months or years
You have never lodged a workers’ compensation claim for hearing loss
You do not need to be currently working in the noisy role, and your employer is not personally out of pocket for approved claims.

You will receive a lump-sum financial settlement, based on your level hearing loss
